Therefore, when selecting agricultural machinery, the matching power on the tool manual should be consistent with the power of the matching tractor, and the speed of the tool must be consistent with the power output speed of the tractor. Before connecting agricultural tools to the tractor suspension mechanism, necessary adjustments should be made according to the agricultural tool manual. be careful:
1. When the tractor power output shaft is working with agricultural tools, the tractor should not make sharp turns to prevent damage to the universal joint.
2. Before adjusting agricultural tools, the power output shaft clutch must be disengaged, the joystick must be returned to neutral, and the engine must be turned off.
3. Before using the power output shaft to drive agricultural tools, the compatibility between the tractor and the driving tool should be checked. Generally, during cultivation, the angle between the power output shaft and the universal joint transmission shaft should not exceed 10 degrees. After turning and lifting the agricultural tool, the angle between the power output shaft and the input shaft of the agricultural tool and the transmission shaft should not exceed 30 degrees. At this time, the height of the rotary tiller blade rolling off the ground should not be less than 250mm. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the safety clutch on the universal transmission shaft of the agricultural tool is effective, and the safety clutch should slip under overload conditions.
