1, Gear shifting noise and difficulty in shifting

When the clutch pedal is fully pressed, if the engine power cannot be completely cut off, it will cause difficulty in shifting or there will be a clicking sound when shifting. When the clutch is pressed to the bottom, it still cannot be separated clearly, mainly due to the excessive free stroke of the clutch. At this time, it is necessary to adjust the free stroke of the clutch pedal according to the instructions. The clearance between the tractor release bearing and the head of the clutch release lever is generally 2-2.5mm. After using it for a period of time, the clearance between some release bearings will increase, and the corresponding free stroke of the clutch pedal will also increase. When the clearance between the release bearing exceeds 2.5mm, it is necessary to adjust the free stroke of the clutch pedal to the specified stroke in the manual to ensure that the clutch can be completely disengaged when the clutch pedal is fully pressed.

2, Unable to move under heavy load, clutch slipping

Tractors sometimes experience clutch slippage during use. The tractor starts slowly, operates weakly, and stops when the load increases. At this time, when listening to the sound of the diesel engine, it is found that the diesel engine sound is normal and not stuffy. This situation is generally caused by clutch slippage. Some tractors may experience severe clutch slippage, with smoke and a burnt smell at the clutch, resulting in burnt clutch plates.

The phenomenon of clutch slippage and burning is quite common on high-power tractors. The reasons for clutch slippage and burning are complex, including design matching problems. Compared to the typical "big horse pulling small car" phenomenon, the tractor's horsepower has increased, and the clutch is still the original clutch, which is prone to slippage and burning during heavy load operations on the ground; There are also manufacturing quality issues, such as insufficient pressure on the disc spring of the clutch and insufficient friction coefficient of the friction plate, which can cause a decrease in the clutch's ability to transmit torque. When encountering heavy loads, slipping and burning of the plate may occur; Another issue is the use and improper operation of the user's homework, such as half stepping on the clutch pedal, oil leakage from the rear oil seal of the diesel engine crankshaft and the first shaft oil seal of the gearbox, and small clearance between the clutch release bearings, which can cause the clutch to slip and fail to function properly during use. At this time, it is generally necessary to replace the clutch components or assembly and make corresponding adjustments.

3, Power output shaft broken

When tractors are equipped with rotary tillers and other tools that use the power output shaft for operation, it is easy for the power output shaft to break. The power output shaft is prone to breakage during use, which is often related to improper operation, the quality of the power output shaft itself, and the diameter of the power output shaft. The correct operation method for using the power output shaft with a rotary tiller is as follows:

One is that when installing the universal joint, the two universal joint forks need to be kept parallel. The second is that during the operation of the rotary tiller, the effective meshing length of the universal joint should not be less than 150mm. Thirdly, when the universal joint is in a horizontal position, there should be a gap between the universal joint sleeve and the universal joint shaft, which should be greater than 5mm. Fourthly, during the operation of a rotary tiller, the horizontal angle between the power output shaft and the universal joint should not be too large, generally less than or equal to 10 degrees. When lifting the rotary tiller, if the power output is not cut off, the horizontal angle between the power output shaft and the universal joint shall not exceed 20 degrees. Six is to lift the rotary tiller and cut off the power when turning, and it is not allowed to make hard turns while the rotary tiller is operating.

4, Inability to improve agricultural tools

In the hydraulic lifting system of tractors, the problem of weak lifting is more prominent. The common reasons for weak lifting and failure to lift are as follows:

1. Hydraulic oil filter blockage causes weak lifting and failure to lift.

2. Insufficient hydraulic fluid and oil leakage in the tractor's lifting system result in weak lifting and failure to lift.

3. Heavy agricultural machinery causes weak lifting and failure to lift.

4. The inappropriate hydraulic oil model of the tractor results in weak lifting and failure to lift.

5. The hydraulic pipeline is filled with air, which means that the suction of air in the oil circuit causes weak lifting and failure to lift.

6. The low pressure of the distributor or multi way valve safety valve causes weak lifting and failure to lift.

7. The hydraulic system oil temperature is too high, causing weak lifting.

8. Severe internal leakage of the gear pump causes weak lifting and failure to lift.

9. Poor sealing between the distributor or multi way valve core and valve sleeve, poor sealing of the lowering valve, and jamming of the return valve can cause weak lifting or failure to lift.

10. The internal leakage of the lifting oil cylinder causes the oil pressure inside the cylinder to be low, resulting in the inability or inability to lift the agricultural tools.
