Common sprayer faults and troubleshooting methods
Nov 18, 2023
1. Insufficient spray pressure and poor atomization:
If the water inlet ball valve is held up by dirt, you can remove the water inlet valve and use a cloth to remove the dirt; if the leather bowl is damaged, replace it with a new one; if the sealing ring is not installed at the connection part, or the sealing ring is damaged. If there is air leakage, the sealing ring can be installed or replaced.
2. The spray does not form mist:
If the inclined hole of the nozzle body is blocked by dirt, the inclined hole can be cleared; if the nozzle hole is blocked, the nozzle hole can be disassembled and cleaned. However, do not use hard objects such as iron wire or copper needles to poke the nozzle hole to prevent the hole from expanding and affecting the spray quality. Deterioration; if the filter in the casing is clogged or the ball in the water valve is stuck, the filter should be cleaned and the dirt on the ball should be cleaned.
3. The switch leaks or cannot be turned on:
If the switch cap is not tightened, tighten the switch cap; if the washer on the switch core is worn, replace the washer; if the switch cannot be tightened, the reason is that it has been left for a long time or has been used for too long, and the switch core has been corroded by chemicals. If it is stuck, the parts should be disassembled and cleaned in kerosene or diesel oil; if there is difficulty in disassembly, soak them in kerosene for a period of time and then disassemble them. Do not hit them with hard objects.
4. Water leakage from each connection part:
If the joint is loose, the nut should be tightened; if the gasket is not flat or damaged, the gasket should be flattened or the gasket should be replaced; if the gasket is shrinking and hardening, it can be soaked in animal oil before use.
