Knapsack sprayer usage tips

1. Install the sprayer parts correctly. Check whether each connection is leaking. When using it, first install clean water to test spray, and then install the agent.
2. During formal use, add the medicine first and then add water. The liquid level of the medicine should not exceed the safe water level. Before spraying, pull the rocker more than 10 times to increase the air pressure in the barrel to the working pressure. Do not use excessive force when turning the rocker to avoid explosion of the air chamber.
3. When loading the chemical solution for the first time, since the air chamber and spray rod contain clean water, the concentration of the chemical solution sprayed in the first 2 to 3 minutes of spraying is low, so attention should be paid to re-spraying to avoid affecting the control effect of pests and diseases.
4. After the work is completed, the remaining liquid in the barrel should be poured out in time, washed with clean water and drained. At the same time, check whether there is water in the air chamber. If there is water, remove the water joint to release the water.
5. If the sprayer will not be used in the short term, the main parts should be cleaned, dried and assembled, and stored in a cool and dry place. If it is not used for a long time, all metal parts should be coated with butter to prevent rust.
