Advantages of ultra-low volume sprayers

Nov 19, 2023

Compared with commonly used sprayers, ultra-low volume sprayers are fast, efficient, lightweight, and cost-saving when used to control diseases and insect pests in flowers, lawns, and crops. The specific performance is:
1. Less water consumption:
Ultra-low-volume sprayers use pesticide stock solutions or only require very low dilutions, so they do not require a large amount of water.
2. Small dosage:
The amount of spray liquid per acre is about 100 grams, not tens of kilograms, or even hundreds of kilograms. Therefore, the labor intensity can be greatly reduced and labor is saved during use.
3. Evenly distributed mist droplets:
The ultra-low-volume sprayer does not spray the liquid directly on the plants, but relies on wind force to disperse and drift the droplets with a diameter of only tens of microns. Then, under the action of the "micro-airflow" around the plants, the droplets are evenly distributed on the plants. The front, back and sides of the leaves and the whole plant. In this way, the killing rate of pests is higher than that of pesticides diluted with a large amount of water, especially for certain pests that have developed resistance. Because the killing effect of pesticide stock solution is several times or even dozens of times higher than that after dilution with water.
4. Easy to use:
When spraying a hand-held ultra-low-volume sprayer, the head is always kept at a height of about 1 meter above the plant. Since this type of sprayer eliminates the need for a liquid nozzle, the liquid flows out automatically when the medicine bottle is put down. Therefore, before the motor is turned on, the medicine bottle should be at the bottom and the machine head at the top. When spraying, start the motor first, and then change the position of the medicine bottle and the machine head so that the medicine bottle is above, the bottle mouth is downward, the bottle body is vertical to the ground, and the medicine liquid flows out on its own.
