The Most Agile Tractor
Apr 02, 2024
A walking tractor is the most agile tractor, a transportation tool and agricultural machinery, powered by a single cylinder diesel engine. It has a simple structure, low power, and its compact, flexible, and powerful characteristics make it very suitable for small farmland operations.
It needs to be controlled by the driver with the armrest to pull or drive supporting agricultural machinery for operation. Handheld tractors have the advantages of small turning radius, light weight, compact model, flexible operation, and strong adaptability. When paired with different agricultural machinery, they can perform various field operations such as plowing, rotary tillage, leveling, and soil crushing. When paired with trailers, they can also be used for short distance transportation. When working in the field, the speed is slow and accidents are generally less likely to occur. However, when engaging in road transportation, special attention should be paid to safety issues in both steering and connection.
There are significant differences in the usage environment and functions between walking tractors and wheeled tractors. Walking tractors are particularly suitable for small farming environments, while wheeled tractors have higher requirements for land and roads due to their large size, weight, large tools, and large turning radius. Therefore, walking tractors are more suitable for working in larger plain areas due to their small size, convenient operation, flexible operation, strong adaptability, and low price, which cannot be replaced by wheeled tractors. This is also the basic reason for the survival of walking tractors.
