Change the engine oil in strict accordance with the instructions, check the condition of the spark plug frequently, and clean the surface stains before storing when not used for a long time.
The working environment for forage harvesting is poor. The air filter should be cleaned 1-2 times a day according to the conditions of the working area to keep the filter clean. The operation method is: first wipe the appearance of the air filter clean, unscrew the air inlet screw, and wipe clean the debris and dust in the air inlet. The filter element of the air filter is installed at the lower part of the filter. Outside is the filter element box. Unscrew it. Open the fasteners, take out the filter element, wipe off the external dirt, then take a small amount of clean diesel, dip it in diesel with a brush to clean the filter element, wipe the filter element box clean as well, add an appropriate amount of engine oil to the filter element box, and then install the filter elements in sequence. Install the fasteners and tighten the screws above.
Check and maintain the cutting knife. The cutting knife is also a wearing part. Check the condition of the cutting knife after every day's work. Unscrew the cutting knife to see if it is damaged. When the cutting edge is defective, you can use an ordinary sharpening stone to polish it. , when the blade is seriously damaged, the blade should be replaced. Then reinstall the blade onto the cutting disc and tighten the screws.
