Rotary tiller mechanical adjustment

Nov 06, 2023

1. Left and right horizontal adjustment. Stop the tractor with the rotary tiller on flat ground for the first time, lower the rotary tiller so that the blade is 5 cm away from the ground, and observe whether the left and right blade tips are at the same height from the ground to ensure that the blade axis is consistent during operation and the plowing depth is uniform.
2. Front and rear level adjustment. When lowering the rotary tiller to the required tilling depth, observe whether the angle between the universal joint and the first axis of the rotary tiller is close to the horizontal position. If the angle between the universal joints is too large, the upper pull rod can be adjusted to keep the rotary tiller in a horizontal position.
3. Lift height adjustment. During rotary tillage operations, the angle between the universal joints is not allowed to be greater than 10 degrees, and it is not allowed to be greater than 30 degrees when turning at the head of the field. Therefore, when lifting the rotary cultivator, for position adjustment, the screws can be tightened at the appropriate position of the handle to limit the position; for height adjustment, special attention should be paid when lifting. If the rotary cultivator needs to be raised again, the power of the universal joint should be cut off.
