Type of plow

Our country has a vast territory and complex natural conditions. Different regions have different requirements for farming, especially paddy fields and dry fields. The agricultural technical requirements for farming vary greatly. Therefore, series plows are mainly divided into two categories: the southern paddy field plow series and the northern dryland plow series. Within each series, they are divided into different models such as medium, heavy or reinforced based on soil specific resistance (soil resistance per unit tillage section).
According to the hitch method when the plow is matched with the tractor, the northern series plows have three forms: traction, suspension and semi-suspended. Because the suspension unit has high maneuverability and is suitable for farming on smaller fields, the southern series plows The paddy plow series currently only has one form of suspension plow. Northern series plows are divided into medium-sized plows and heavy-duty plows. They are suitable for plowing depths of 16-30 cm. The medium-sized plow is suitable for light and medium soils with less residual stubble on the surface (resistance is 0.4-0.7 kg/cm2). The plow is equipped with BT30 (B-north, T-plow body, 30-single plow body width 30 cm) The plow body can also be equipped with BT25 and BT35 plow bodies, which have better soil turning, soil crushing and covering performance. The front and rear distances between adjacent plow bodies are 500 and 600 mm respectively. When BT35 is installed, it is 700 mm, that is, ordinary spacing.
